Meet the Author – 16 February

The children’s author, Sue Palmer, hosts her workshop in the Library at 10.30 am.  Join Sue as she introduces her new book for children ‘The Shell Secret’. It’s an adventure/mystery story inspired by the beaches, caves and rock pools of Cornwall and provides a fun and engaging 90 minute workshop. She will read from her story, challenge you to a coastal quiz (with prizes), tell stories of WW11, Falmouth and her family, show you how to make your own quirky shell creatures and finishes with a book signing. The workshop is £5.00 per child accompanied by an adult.  This is a FOCAL event.
