The website is operated in accordance with the constitution of adderbury.org. The team publish accounts of receipts and payments at least once annually on this site. If three or more residents of the village so request members of the village communities will be invited to a public meeting. Notices of these meetings are published on the site as are the minutes of such meetings.

The website team hold a business bank account with Lloyd’s Bank plc, Banbury. Disputes or differences which cannot be resolved by individual team members will be settled by the chairman.
