Walk, Talk, Support

A friendly, supportive walking group right here in Adderbury. Come and join us! Led by a qualified, experienced counsellor. We meet one morning per week and walk the Adderbury circular and other local walks.
We all keep hearing in the news that we should:  exercise more, get out in nature more, connect with others more and build a community to support each other’s health and well-being, so I thought why don’t I combine all of those in a fun, supportive, relaxing way? People of all fitness levels will be welcome as the walk can be set at any pace. Dogs also welcome! £7 per walk..
For  more information please contact Laura Buckingham on 07951 400390 or [email protected]
