Mrs Diane Bratt was re-elected as Chairman and Mr Chris Shallis as Vice chairman.
Chairman’s Announcements:  The CDC Parish Liaison Meeting would be held on 20 June 2018.
Skanska/OCC Volunteering Events – Three projects had been identified; footpath on Horn Hill Road from the Cemetery to Manor Road, hedge cutting in the Cemetery and removal of weeds from around the traffic lights on the junction on A4260 and Aynho Road.
Councillors Reports:  County Councillor Arash Fatemian reported that he had escalated with highways the issues around blocked drains and overgrown traffic islands and had given his support for some of the locality money to potentially be used for signage around the school.

Planning:  No observations had been made by the PC in respect of the following applications:
Ms Annie Adene – Eridge House, Horn Hill Road
Mr and Mrs Oldfield – Easton House, Manor Road
Mrs Caroline Jones – Court End House, Manor Road.
Objections had been raised concerning
Volvo Trucks and Buses Cherwell Valley Silos, Twyford

Village Matters:  The appointment of Council Representatives and Council Committees and Working Groups was agreed.  Current appointments are available on http://www.adderburypc.co.uk/committies-and-outside-bodies/committees/
The minutes of the Environment Committee were noted.
At the Parish Council Surgery in May there had been a complaint about dogs off lead in the Lucy Plackett playing field and also the problem of dog fouling.
Health and Safety:  There was a minor problem with a fence post at The Rise.  This would be monitored.  All was well at the Lucy Plackett play area but it was reported that the condition of the path through the playing field should be looked at.
All was well at the Lakes.
GDPR:  All the documents relating to GDPR were agreed.
Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan:  Polling cards had been delivered in readiness for the referendum planned for the 21 June in the Methodist Hall between 7.00 am and 10.00 pm.  The committee would be mounting a ‘vote yes’ campaign.
FOCAL:  The report on the work at FOCAL was noted.
The choice of the replacement bench on the corner of Cross Hill Road/Dog Close was agreed.
Cemetery:  Costs of pursuing borehole testing in Adderbury Cemetery would be acquired.
Traffic Calming Working Group:  The report on Traffic Issues was noted as was the report from Working for Adderbury Community.
