Following the sad loss of Marie Corney, we urgently need another editor to help keep Contact going. Contact has come a long way since it first appeared in January 1979 as an eight page issue.
By volunteering you help ensure Contact continues to be an important part of village life informing the community and helping local businesses. The production team includes editors who pull the magazine together each month. There are now only two editors who take turns giving their time so you have the magazine each month. By volunteering you would only need to give a few hours every three months. If you are interested in being an editor and have the fairly basic computer skills to create the magazine then please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Paul Ness on 811740. Being an editor is a great way to contribute to village life, find out what is going on and meet new people. Go on, have a go!
