In the last 18 months, Deepa, Dave and Terry at Adderbury Stores have provided the most amazing service to the village, recognised by their Unsung Hero award. Commuting every day from Northampton they have worked tirelessly to provide their many customers with their everyday needs and more – all with a lovely smile and their ‘nothing too much trouble’ attitude.  Now with things returning to normal, schools back, back to work, back to Sainsbury’s (?) where are all those customers which were so well serviced.  Surely the people of Adderbury should be returning the favour and continuing to do at least some of their shopping in our village shop? We have the best shop we have had for years, but Deepa’s message is clear – USE IT OR LOSE IT!

It’s a brilliant shop that has everything you could need. If they don’t have it as well they will try and get it for you asap. They are retailers who know what it means to give good service with a smile. If you haven’t had a chance pop in and say hello and buy a few a things and be part of your own local community. Thankyou Deepa, Dave and Terry for being there for us all. All the best .

We keep hearing about empty shelves in supermarkets but Deepa and Dave have managed to keep the shop well stocked with everything we need. They also show support for all the community activities in the village. Thanks Deepa, Dave & Terry!

We are not a community if we can’t support a shop.
