Ten years ago, in early 2008, a small group of runners met in The Bell one evening for the first get-together of Adderbury Running Club.  On Friday 9 March they held their eighth Annual Dinner, which this year was at the Red Lion.  Jo Redford presented the trophies for 2017: Club Championship winner and ARCadian of the year (the first time two trophies have been awarded to the same person) was Caroline Richards and Club Championship runner-up was Suzie Taylor.  Well done to Caroline and Suzie!

The club’s main event each year is the Three Spires Challenge, which features a Half Marathon Run, Half Marathon Walk, 10k Run, 5k Fun Run and Junior Runs (for ages 4–10).  This year the Challenge will be on Sunday 9 July and there are Early Bird entries available until 31 March.

ARC caters for runners of all abilities and no one gets left behind.  For more details, please contact Joanna Edwards jo-edwards.arc@tiscali.co.uk
