The process continues….

We are now at the next stage in the lengthy process of producing an Adderbury Neighbourhood Plan. The Neighbourhood plan sets out 21 land-use policies that Cherwell District Council (CDC) planning officers will use when considering new development applications in Adderbury.

Following the public consultation on the ‘pre-submission’ version of the plan last winter, all comments received were considered and changes made to the plan.  A ‘submission version’ of the plan, was approved by Adderbury Parish Council and submitted to CDC in March. CDC are now undertaking a public consultation on this Submission Plan before it is sent to an independent examiner. Once approved by the examiner, the village will be asked to approve the Plan via a referendum
