On behalf of the Adderbury Green Association, we would like to thank everybody in the village who made a donation last year towards the upkeep of the village green. The total raised was an excellent £2,587.50 and this enabled the tree works to go ahead back in November. We are sure that the village will have noticed the excellent job done by the contractors.

We will soon be asking the houses around the Green for their annual £35 donation towards grass cutting and insurance in 2019 and any donations from other houses in the village are always gratefully received. As some villagers suggested as part of the fund raise last year, we have contacted HMRC to register the Adderbury Green Association as a charity to enable gift aid to be claimed on future donations. We should hear whether we have been successful or not in July.
