Like most markets we have had to stop trading during lockdown. Unlike most markets we are confined to indoors at the Institute, which is locked, barred and bolted.  From August we asked stallholders about a possible outdoor market but the response was 50/50 and not sufficient to have to jump all the hurdles necessary to set it up for just two hours – and risk the weather!
So what next? If and when the Institute does open will be allowed to recreate the intimate bustling atmosphere with bar, music, food that is Adderbury Market? who knows?  In the meantime many of our lovelu stallholders continue trading – some details can be found on Fingers crossed that we can all get together again soon.
