Adderbury’s own not-for-profit market will take place in the Institute between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm. A splendid Christmas Shop Eat and Drink – a great selection of locally sourced food, a well-stocked bar – a sumptuous supper to eat in or take away. We will be joined, for their inaugural concert, by WI Choir and to accompany them a wonderful Brass Quintet together they will be singing and playing Christmas carols.
Smart Cookies are cooking hot Christmas ham served with new potatoes, broad beans in parsley sauce and carrots and for the lucky vegetarians a cheese, red pepper and mushroom strudel. Festive stilton stars as a starter plus another Christmas surprise served on the night! Sam at Bar King will be offering mulled wine together with your usual tipple.
Our Community Stall this month will be Adderbury Theatre Workshop, who will be promoting and selling tickets for their annual pantomime which this year is Mother Goose. ATW are celebrating their 40th Anniversary so it’s sure to be a sell out. Make sure you get your tickets early.
This month’s guest stall will be Plantation Chocolates. Vivien runs her award winning business from Oxford. Her delicious handmade chocolates are created using traditional artisan methods and only the very finest ingredients. Tasting is believing how good these chocolates really are and of course they make perfect Christmas gifts too.
