OPEN FORUM: The matter of the Neighbourhood Plan was brought to the PC
attention. All the documentation had been provided to CDC and it appeared that to
date, nothing had been done with the information. This was not acceptable and the
Clerk promised to follow the matter up.
PLAY EQUIPMENT PROJECT: The proposed new equipment had been agreed and
quotes would be dealt with in the private part of this meeting later. The working
group were thanked for all their work on this project.
PLANNING: No observations had been made by the PC in respect of the following

HEALTH AND SAFETY: Work was necessary on some storm damaged trees on the
Lucy Plackett Field. All was well at The Rise, Lakes and LP Play area.
